SHIPPING
INFORMATION
KARAOKEANDMORE.COM is located near those..... "country roads, West
Virginia"! With the help of UPS, USPS and Federal Express, we
ship throughout the whole United States of America!
(International shipping is extra, please see below.) It is our goal to ensure
all orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 36 hours
or sooner. In most cases, your order will be shipped out the
same day we receive it. If we are out of stock we
will contact you to let you know. If we have most of your order in
stock, we will ship immediately and send the rest of the order out
ASAP at our expense.
KARAOKEANDMORE.COM cannot be held responsible for UPS or USPS failure
to deliver on time. KARAOKEANDMORE.COM is not responsible for
liabilities, losses, or emotional distress caused by lost shipments
and delayed shipments. If a certain delivery date is critical,
please call us or indicate your critical delivery date in the
comment section of your internet order form. Additionally, you
may advise how you want your order shipped, i.e., Federal Express
next day, thus additional shipping costs will apply.
We will provide you with shipping confirmation within 72 hours or
sooner of your order.
Shipping Within The 48 Contiguous US
OPTION #1: UPS (United Parcel Service)
We ship most orders (especially hardware orders) via UPS. We prefer
to use UPS as they have proven to be the most reliable shipper and
we are able to track the progress of your shipment at any time.
Please remember, regardless of when we process an order, UPS does
not pick up any packages from us on Saturdays or Sundays.
UPS Ground takes 5 - 7 working days ("working days" DO NOT include
the day your order was shipped or picked up by UPS, Saturday or
Sunday). Delivery dates with UPS Ground is NOT
guaranteed--especially around the holiday season. If you need your
order by a specific date, you can elect "Air" services such as Next
Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select shipping. Please keep in mind
that "Air" shipping is especially more expensive with heavier
weights and bigger boxes (box dimensions) as you are essentially
"buying" space on an aircraft. Plan ahead for any bulkier purchases!
Sorry, UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
OPTION #2: USPS Express Mail (USA Disc Orders Only)
This is very fast service (1-2 days) and is especially preferred near
a weekend or holiday. Unlike UPS, USPS Express Mail is delivered by
the postal service 365 days a year including holidays and Sundays!
We can track this service at www.usps.com. Rates start as low as
$16.50 for up to 6 discs.
Shipping To Hawaii & Alaska
Since UPS only offers 2nd Day and Next Day service to these two
states, we offer USPS Priority Mail Service as a more affordable
option for our AK & HI customers. Rates start as low as $5.00.
Hardware orders vary by weight. Place your order online and we will
contact you with the exact shipping amount if it is more than $5.00

Military APO/FPO
We utilize USPS Priority Mail for our APO/FPO customers.
Hardware orders vary by weight. Place your order online and we will

International Shipping
Most disc orders are shipped Global Priority which can take 4 - 10
days (typically).
Hardware orders are shipped parcel post and shipping prices vary by
weight and insurance. Place your order online and we will contact
you with the costs for each shipping option and will wait for you to
confirm your selection before proceeding.
Also, many countries have duties or surcharges that will have to be
paid by YOU at the time of delivery. VAT, GST, or Customs fees, if
any, are your responsibility.

RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO CASH REFUNDS.
Original invoice must be provided for any exchanges. All
returns will be exchanged for store credit only.
Karaoke Software
Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, software
cannot be returned for anything other than the replacement of the
same identical item purchased. The software titles include
anything other than the replacement of the same identical item
purchased. Equipment
Karaoke and More! will gladly exchange your full purchase price on
any unopened equipment within 7 days of original purchase date.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all equipment. All
equipment must be returned in its original packaging and must
include any owners manuals, connecting cables and any accessories,
including software. Damaged or
Defective Equipment
Karaoke and More! will gladly exchange any damaged equipment within
7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days, manufacturer's
warranty is in effect. You must provide your original invoice
and return the equipment to the manufacturer in its original
packaging.

The prices posted on this website are for mail, phone and internet
orders only. The prices in our physical location may be the same or
slightly higher to offset the costs associated with operating a
brick & mortar storefront.
SALES TAX
Orders shipped to locations within West Virginia are subject to sales tax.

We do accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks (No Personal

calculate shipping! Don't finalize the order, print it out and send
a Money Order for the amount indicated.
COD - Collect On Delivery
At this time, we no longer ship COD.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order DO NOT EMAIL US---Please call us
immediately! An email may not get to our shipping department in time
to pull the order off our dock. Customers are responsible for
shipping costs for canceled orders that leave our dock, including
any return shipping charges from UPS for refused orders.
